One of the only non-profit multisport
teams in Seattle, Emerald City Multisport Team has been active in the
Northwest sports community since 2007, competing in Triathlon, Duathlon,
running races and participating in cycling tours. Emerald City
Multisport Team focuses on racing and provides the training support
necessary to compete effectively while maintaining balance in our busy
lives.

New Location for Seattle Multisport Indoor Cycling Center
Seattle Multisport Training Center will be offering training sessions in the morning,
evenings and on weekends or individual workout sessions arranged by
appointment. We can accommodate only eight riders per class so space is
limited. Reserve a spot by following the instructions below. Any
Registered USCF or USAT
Team or Club may rent the facilities for $50 per hour on a space
available basis. Email me to signup for classes,
Address: 4333 Fremont Ave, (next to American Music) two blocks west of
Aurora Ave and just south of the main east west arterial 46th street
where you can exit Aurora if you are a commuter by car. The #5 Metro bus
goes right by on Fremont Ave, exit on the corner of 43rd where the bus
turns west (or south if south bound). By bike just ride up the hill from
the Fremont Bridge in the bike lane, we are in the Zundel Dental Lab
building, come in the main door and follow the signs.

Learn to Ski Cross Country
The Snoqualmie Nordic Club is offering ski
clinics this winter up at Hyak where they have secured a house to keep
you warm and cosy between forays into the wilderness. Marla Husnik is
organizing the clinics again this winter so you will receive some
excellent instruction and winter skills from an expert! XC Skiing is the
best way to enjoy cross training in the Northwest, fresh air, mountain
